Had a very nice stay on a business trip. Had perfectly clean and perfect room with a king bed, which I loved.

The location was not ideal.

Amazingly efficient staff, it was really nice stay.

The location seemed marvellous close to downtown. Also, it was 10 mins drive from Texas Fire Museum.

Glad I took queen room, it was perfect and beautiful. There is a variety of supplies like : a seating area, ironing facilities, and a work desk.

Their breakfast is average, can be far better.

I did not want to leave there and would happily go back again. The hotel met requirements, I enjoyed its incredible location and highly efficient and excellent staff.

Perfect room with a king bed. Awesome location: highway near the hotel. Pretty nice area with eateries and a stadium near the venue.

We got a room with a tub. The bed was extremely comfy, and there was a large bathroom. The location was great and incredible: many shopping centers and a shopping mall were within walking distance.

Our breakfast was average.

Clean, friendly staff, nice workout room. Decent price, comfortable room. Spacious, well-lit bathroom, good channel selection and smart TV options. Delicious breakfast, loved the Texas waffles. Great shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dallas that exceeded my expectations in several aspects. Firstly, the location was ideal as it was situated right in the center of everything. It was close to the highway, making it convenient for exploring the city, yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One staff member in particular, Belvergean, stood out for her outstanding hospitality and proactive approach to customer service. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities such as an indoor pool and a fitness area, which added to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured comfortable king-size beds, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean and the location was marvellous and fantastic right in the center of everything. Location: the venue was just off the airport and the design district of Dallas, Arlington ballpark and many shopping centers. Went to Ihop to try specialties, it's approx 5 mins walk away. The breakfast offered a huge variety of awesome meals.
